If power goes out, first text "ADD OUTAGE" to 48710 to sign-up for text alerts. Then, text "OUT" to the same number to report your outage. For additional ways to report an outage and to check the status of our restoration efforts, visit www.pepco.com/Outage.
We are committed to resolving outages as quickly as possible and technology is helping us do it faster than ever before.
