If you previously packaged your leaves in paper bags due to the previous DPW guidance and they need to be picked up, I have been advised to enter a 311 request for a yard waste 311 request. You can enter your request at DC 311 - Login or you can submit a request for assistance via my website Constituent Concerns | Mysite (commissionerjohnson4b06.com).
