The Fourth District has had numerous vehicles stolen today due to vehicles left running while not being attended. The Metropolitan Police Department would like to remind its citizens that do not leave your vehicle running while not inside. It only take a moment for it to be taken. If the FOB is in your pocket the vehicle can still be taken if it running. And never leave your vehicle running with children inside unless you are sitting in the car.
